although some of the stores are in dire need of repair, they Sears CHLD do 22 BN in sales yearly, are on the chopping block for being bought out and have a rising stock price, with a strong buy back stock program, looks like an excellent investment, the question is how liquid are they, doing a quarter of the level of sales of a tech giant as Google, they could ofload their stock to say an Amazon etc.
