Some of the Issues with Culture vs Flourishing and Survival

We live in a culture that expects constant being awake at 9 00 an and available in an office setting, however tech is all results based and sometimes a comma in the wrong place will ruin the entire website or program. Thats why Google and all companies that are defined by culture win, all else is shit.
